Biography of Julie Raoliarivelo
Julie Raoliarivelo, born in 1988 in Madagascar, is a passionate and innovative young entrepreneur, who is the manager and shareholder of the Casavainilla company. Coming from a family of planters, Julie devoted her youth to her studies and to the family company, thus acquiring ancestral techniques and secrets of vanilla preparation that have been recognized on the national market.

In 2011, she met Cédric Samson, a seasonal cook in French palaces, who fell in love with green vanilla from Madagascar and all their know-how. The couple got married in 2014 in Madagascar and Cédric then decided to leave his cooking career to work with Julie full time.

In 2018, they founded their company Casavainilla SARL in Madagascar as a producer, preparer and exporter of Bourbon vanilla, and in 2020 they founded a subsidiary in France, Casavainilla SASU, to import their vanilla production from Madagascar to market it. on the European market.

Today, Casavainilla collaborates with several certified organic and conventional local growers to obtain vanilla of impeccable quality. They have all the skills to supply any international company requesting essential vanilla for their proper functioning.

As passionate professionals, Julie and Cédric collaborate with several analysis laboratories in order to guarantee the quality, the humidity level and the vanillin level of their vanilla. They have also developed new know-how to manufacture exceptional products in France, which are highly appreciated by customers.
